The idea of Café Kalimpong came about as a space for sharing all things local, homely, and made with love. Kalimpong Local Project is an initiative by Café Kalimpong to provide a platform for local Artists, Makers, and Craftsmen to promote their handmade creations and Himalayan Art forms. 

Our motive is also to showcase the uniquely interconnected medley of the rich heritage and culture we enjoy here, while lending a hand to our local artists on a path towards economic sustainability.
