Nakima & Dalle Pickle
Nakima/Tupistra is a delicacy one may not always like at first owing to its bitter taste. Known for its anti-diabetic and other medicinal properties, the nakima looks like a colourless wisteria flower and can be eaten in whatever style you may prefer, often cooked curry style with turmeric, herbs and diced dalle or fermented in salt and vinegar either with or without the khursani.
